Distraction free education: Having a dedicated training facility allows more time to focus on the material.
More opportunity for hands on scanning: Each sonographer will have hours (yes, hours!) of hands-on scanning time by the end of training. This allows you to take your time to focus on improving your scanning techniques.
Small groups: With a maximum amount of 5 sonographers per training, this allows more opportunity for individualized training.
Course materials: We provide course materials that are yours after training, and include book rentals to enhance learning.
Business Continuity: Just because your staff is away for training doesn't mean you have to stop providing patient care. By utilizing highly skilled sonographers from Cuready Staffing, you can still have a normal schedule to ensure patient care is always priority!
On-Site Trainings
Let us come to you to provide hands on training in OB or MFM. We collaborate with your Lead Sonographer or management team to maximize training time with each sonographer. Doctors and other staff may attend the lecture portion of the training, and may scan if time permits or desired.
Our process of planning and delivering training typically is as follows:
You identify a group (typically no more than 5 sonographers-if a large group, we can cater to that as well)
Decide on course content: between us, we select relevant topics together
Find a room (meeting room or office space) to present the lecture, typically in the morning on day 1 of training.
Reserve an ultrasound room: Block one ultrasound room for training, this will still allow you to utilize other rooms to ensure your schedule keeps moving.
Volunteers: Asking your current pregnant patients (who have already had a normal anatomy scan) is a great way to practice!
Timings: typically 3-5 days depending on the course content; we agree tentative dates.
Book the course: we provide a quote; once you agree and sign a contract, we finalize the dates.
Course materials: we provide a copy of the presentation materials and deliver to your site.
Delivery: our trainer (Megan Meade) comes on-site to deliver the training on the chosen dates. That’s it!
CME Certificates: We know how imporant it is to attend activities approved for CMEs! After training, each sonographer who attends the full training will be asked to fill out forms to gain CME credits from the SDMS.
Face-to-face: Optimal engagement with an instructor on-site
"Home Advantage": Training on your equipment, in your facility, with volunteers you select.
Group activity: Maximize attendance, providing the opportunity for greater participation.
Our team led by Megan Meade has provided in-person trainings since 2021. From planning and management, to course quality, scope and delivery, these courses are designed to help sonographers . During that time we have delivered training in the following areas:
States trained in: Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Alaska, New York, Iowa, Arizona, Texas, Florida, Massachusetts, Kansas, Alabama
Please complete all fields in the short form above and we will respond as soon as possible.
To ensure quality training, the maximum class size is 5 sonographers. For a larger group (more than 5) we can customize training options.

Here's a customizable letter you can show your manager that explains the value of this training. This can help them appreciate the skillset and knowledge we require to improve patient care.
